Texas Prison Bid'ness

Civigenics hires anyone off the street with at least a GED. When an employee is not liked they look for anything to get rid of them. AnD THE ones they should look out for are doing so much wrong like over familiarity with inmatesm also bring in pens,candy, cell phones name it they bring it even jewlery. I know this because I worked there. I quit due to illness. and two months later I am accused of this very thing, since I am not there I cannot defend myself. I did let my supervisor know of a couple of counselors who are over familiular, and I got told I was trying to make the counselors go againist one another. One other counselor was let go for being rude to inmaters...is that crazy? Also, I had an inmate asked to be removed from my caseload because he thought I had romantic feelings for him. The inmate had more rights than me. ANd the other counselor he hangs out with spends most of his time talking with her everyday, and nothing is done about that. plus her best buddy brings in stuff for the inmates, in return for drawings. I saw a gold necklace she took in..nothing done to her. 2 months after I leave I found out I was unhirable because a letter was found supposedlyy for me, that same inmate did approach me and said the other counselor that left, was bring him cell phones for money, he knew she needed money. ans asked me the same I told him NO you have the wrong person. I did not tell my supervisor since the employee was long gone. And how is it 2 MONTHS later, after I'm gone that I am accused, I found out by other employees. What a hell of a business they got going there. I think there should be some investigation on that group of counselors
